App crashes every time I try to apply an alteration to a photo

I would like a refund because every time I open the app it closes off . And every time I would really like to use this app.

Bought this app and immediately started using it only to have it shut down on me every 5 seconds. I restarted my iPad to see if it would help but it didnt. All other apps on my iPad are working.
